This is the complete crossing of North America by non-motorized means, from its easternmost point to its westernmost point. 15 months of solo adventure and 12,000 km by mountain bike, on foot, and by kayak through the boreal forest, on both sides of the 60th parallel. Throughout this journey, true to his life philosophy, Florian ate a vegan diet, practiced meditation, yoga, and walked barefoot (during the summer period). Beyond achieving a previously unattempted crossing of North America, he is the first person to have crossed the Mackenzie Mountains in winter, solo, and without motorized means.
