This book is a collection of the two preliminary travel narratives leading up to the “America Extrema” expedition (Éditions Omaël Mayor, 2018) by Florian Gomet. These training journeys took place in the Swiss mountains (in 2011) and the Norwegian tundra (in 2012), before he discovered the benefits of living food, fasting, and, more broadly, hygienism.

Beyond the unique character of an adventurer thirsty for discovery and always inclined to push his limits, you will discover authentic stories blending philosophy, love of nature, and fraternity.
