August 3, 2024 - Still in Provence
Summer is in full swing with an uninterrupted series of events for almost two months where I offer on my way, Thai massages, disarmaments, energy treatments, hygienist support and shamanic cleanses.
After the stay with Philippe Guillemant to participate in a workshop on synchronicities, I had the pleasure of joining the integrative health congress organized by the ENA & MNC school in the Jura to present The Imprint as well as a new conference on the 3H, then to lead a session of ecstatic breathwork in Lyon before heading to Annecy to discover acroyoga, a new discipline I wish to integrate into my life :-).
At the beginning of July, after a few days of rest at my father’s in Lozère, I joined a community where I feel at home: that of Thai massage on the occasion of the Festi Thaï. 4 days of pure happiness with meditation, mantra singing, teachings, beautiful encounters, acroyoga (again!) and lots of massages! I extended this moment of sweetness by treating myself to about ten days on the beaches of Médoc where I learned to slow down and to be fully in tune with my inner child.
After this rejuvenating stay by the Atlantic Ocean, I had the pleasure of participating in the festival of sun fruits organized by Zineb Reghay and Bernard Clavière. In the very pleasant setting of the Oasis Ahmara near Bordeaux, I shared some of my experiences & reflections as a hygienist adventurer as well as my projects with about fifty joyful fasters. I then spent a few days resting in a pine forest by the Salagou lake after visiting “The healing farm” with Raphaël Colicci where I tasted some rare & exquisite varieties of figs! A quick visit that I will renew soon to take the time to better discover the fantastic work of this passionate advocate of forgotten fruit trees.
At the end of July, it was time to join the Roc Castel festival in Hérault which honors slow travel. A new meeting place around my travels & hygienist experiences where the film The Imprint was wonderfully well received. My wanderings were then interrupted by the sudden announcement of the departure of Irène Grosjean and the establishment of a time to celebrate Irène’s life on Sunday, August 4 instead of the ceremony that was initially planned to celebrate her 94th birthday. A final THANK YOU Irène Grosjean for all these good moments shared as well as for the richness of your teaching which, I am sure, will continue to bear fruit! Not a day goes by without me thanking Life for knowing (and practicing) the living nutrition that you have magnificently brought back to the forefront! What a beautiful example for all of us… All the best my dear Irène, all the best… We will miss you down here and you will always be in our hearts… ❤︎
