IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Retreat Cost: €390 for facilitation (€140 deposit + €250 balance to be paid on-site) + €50 for accommodation in a chalet for the nights of May 17 & 23 at the Camping des Sources in Soubès (34700). To be paid on-site in cash. Please bring cash (approx. €50) and a credit card in case we need to stay in a gite or dormitory unexpectedly due to bad weather. On your arrival the evening before, bring your own meal as catering service will not be provided.

It is essential that you have read and accepted the Fasting & Trek charter and the regulations common to all retreats before registering.

SPECIAL MENTION REGARDING DIGITAL DETOX

I draw your attention to the fact that the fast will be accompanied by a digital detox. All participants' phones will be turned off and stored in their backpacks during the day. You will only be able to use it in the evenings at the bivouac sites, with no guarantee of network coverage. Please note that I will be taking photos (you are welcome to bring a camera if you wish) and you can provide my phone number to your loved ones if necessary.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Two months before the retreat, you will receive a document to help you prepare for the fast, as well as a carpool coordination file.
• A 2-hour slot for Thai Massage (click on the link to book) will be available on May 17 between 3 PM and 5 PM.
• Two slots for Kambo purges (click on the link to book) will be available on the afternoon of May 23.
• You are expected on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 6 PM at the Camping des Sources in Soubès (34700). You may arrive from 5 PM to get settled.
• This program includes 6 days of fasting.
• The retreat ends on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 10 AM.
