Ingredients for one person
- 1 cucumber (with or without skin)
- 300g of cherry tomatoes or beef heart
- 1/2 lemon
- A bit of white or red onion
- A handful of dried or fresh seaweed of your choice
- 2 tablespoons of an oil of your choice
Preparation
In a bowl, grate the cucumber and onion, then add the tomatoes previously cut into small pieces and the lemon juice. Add the seaweed and oil, then mix everything together and it’s ready to be enjoyed!
Tips
- You can add sprouted seeds or aromatic herbs of your choice.
