About the recipe

A drink that can be consumed hot or cold depending on your desire, between meals or afterwards.

Ingredients for one person

  • One or more essential oils
  • Organic honey (preferably liquid) or another liquid sweetener
  • Still or sparkling water, hot or cold

Preparation

In a cup, add a teaspoon (or more) of honey. Add one or more drops of essential oils of your choice. Mix everything well, which will allow the essential oils to dissolve with the water you will add last. Mix well and it’s already ready to be enjoyed!

Some suggestions

  • One drop of peppermint essential oil.
  • A few drops of orange essential oil (or any other citrus).
  • A few drops of cardamom essential oil.
  • One drop of cinnamon bark, tarragon, and ginger.
