My practice is built on over 10 years of proven experience in hygienism and live, plant-based nutrition (as evidenced by the America Extrema expeditions, La Marche Sans Faim, and L’Empreinte), as well as on:
- An initiation into Kundalini Yoga (2020), a Vipassana retreat (2024), the “Yoga Vacation” program at a Sivananda ashram (2025), and Sadhguru’s online “Inner Engineering” program (2025).
- Thai Massage Level 1 & 2 training from the Lulyani school (2024 & 2025).
- E-learning naturopathy training from ENA & MNC (2022) and subtle aromatherapy training from Myrtéa (2025).
- The online personal development program “Le Processus” by Franck Lopvet (2022) and the 3 Core Modules of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) with CNVC (2025).
- Professional training at the Ecole pratique de santé with Irène and Sylvie Grosjean (2021).
- Kambo practitioner training with Kambo Naturista (2021).
- Magnetism and radiesthesia training with Gérard Grenet (2019 and 2021).
- De-armoring Level 1 and 2 workshops (a practice stemming from Tantra) with Sunny Ju (2019) and Andrew Barnes (2024).
To this, I add what I consider my true diplomas: healing from persistent sciatica, recurring sinusitis, skin issues (cysts), allergies to cat hair and pollen, and the improvement of my eyesight (no longer needing glasses).

Two types of massage resulting from a synergy of subtle touch – acupressure – osteopathy, and magnetism to revitalize your life energy and release accumulated tensions & memories from over the years.
