Summer 2020
The Footprint
A performance made possible by the benefits of a living food diet
THE FOOTPRINT is a unique 3,500 km crossing of 8 countries, completed in 88 days with no equipment, no money, no passport, and no shoes, by running a marathon a day and nourishing himself solely with living, raw, plant-based foods. A look back at Florian Gomet’s unprecedented feat!
February 2020: an unprecedented global pandemic explodes on all continents, plunging millions into shock and disarray… It was in this extraordinary context that Florian Gomet, a young French explorer, decided to set off with nothing across Europe using a single means of locomotion: his own body.
A feat carefully considered by this scientifically-trained young explorer, who trained relentlessly for 5 years while adopting an optimal lifestyle to achieve such a challenge.

For lovers of the written word
The narrative of the groundbreaking documentary The Imprint, which not only challenges our preconceived ideas about health and our diet but also our worldview.
Through this account, the author gradually questions us as a society about our ability to disrupt our habits regarding health and nutrition. Because our survival is at stake, he also reminds us of the importance of listening to ourselves and that nothing is possible without the help of others.
Every step of his journey is a cry of alarm but also of love and freedom, carrying the hope and recognition of a more authentic humanity, capable of building better days.
