This retreat will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to establish routines that reconnect you with life. An intense experience that will take you out of your comfort zone to help you discover your full potential.

  • Two weeks before the retreat, you will receive an information email to prepare for your arrival.
  • You are expected on Tuesday, April 28 at 5 PM.
  • Venue: In the municipality of Riocaud (33220). The exact location will be specified later.
  • End of the retreat on Sunday, May 3 at 5 PM.
  • The price of 550 euros covers only the facilitation of the retreat.
  • Food (100% plant-based and raw) & Accommodation: €340 for a shared room OR €390 for a single room OR €280 for participants sleeping outside (e.g., van).
  • Optional Osteo-Thai Massages with Gaspar / €80 per hour.

The Full Health retreat adapts to everyone’s physical level. You will recharge and leave with tools for daily regeneration.
That said, if you have a debilitating illness, please make contact (via the “Contact Florian” form in the “About” tab) before registering.

Yes! Give yourself the opportunity to experience living nutrition during this retreat. Not only will you taste the full range of dishes you’ll have had the pleasure of preparing yourself in the RAW cuisine workshops (juices, smoothies, fruit meals, vegetable meals, sauces, etc.), but it will also be a chance to convince yourself that a living nutrition diet is feasible and delicious in daily life.

All exercises and practices offered during the retreats and events are adapted to each individual, so everyone can participate.

A shared file where you can enter your carpool request or offer will be made available in the information email you receive two weeks before the retreat.

Unfortunately, no. Our animal friends do not have a place at this retreat.
