IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Retreat Cost: €480 for facilitation (€180 deposit + €300 balance to be paid on-site)

+ €300 for accommodation (to be paid on-site in cash) for the nights of October 11 to 18, 2026, in a shared gite (rooms for 2-3 people) in the municipality of Roiffieux (07100) OR €370 for a single room OR €200 for participants sleeping outside (e.g., van/camping).

Items to Bring:

• Broken-in walking shoes and adequate clothing for hiking
• A water bottle and a backpack
• A mat and clothes for yoga
• A blanket/throw and a cushion
• A swimsuit and two towels
• A notebook for taking notes
• A waterproof bedsheet protector (140 or 160 size)

It is essential that you have read and accepted the "Fasting to Change" charter and the regulations common to all retreats before registering.

SPECIAL MENTION REGARDING DIGITAL DETOX

I draw your attention to the fact that the fast will be accompanied by a digital detox. Participants will be asked to store their phones in their rooms during hikes and workshops. Please note that I will be taking photos (you are welcome to bring a camera if you wish) and you can provide my phone number to your loved ones if necessary.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• One month before the retreat, you will receive a document to help you prepare for the fast, as well as a carpool coordination file.
• You are expected on October 11, 2026, at 6 PM. You may arrive from 5 PM to get settled.
• Venue: Gîte de la Gorre in Roiffieux (07100).
• The program includes 6 days of fasting + 1 day of (optional) dietary resumption.
• The retreat ends on October 18, 2026, at 11 AM.
