Important Information

Retreat cost: €450 for facilitation, including a €200 deposit upon registration and €250 to be paid at the beginning of the retreat.

Food (100% plant-based and raw) and accommodation:

€280 for meals and accommodation in a private room (2 rooms available);
€200 for meals and dormitory accommodation (6 places);
€150 for participants staying off-site, including meals as well as a contribution towards the use of the venue during the day.

Food and accommodation are to be paid on-site in cash.

Items to bring:

Shoes and clothing suitable for walking;
One large and one small towel;
A notebook;
A yoga mat;
Blankets or throws;
A cushion.

Additional Information

Two weeks before the retreat, you will receive an information email to help you prepare for your stay.
You are expected on Wednesday, April 14, 2027 at noon. You may arrive from 11 AM to settle in.
Venue: in the municipality of Le Mouret (1724), Switzerland. The exact location will be provided later.
One day of fasting with an optional purge is scheduled for Saturday.
The retreat ends on Sunday, April 18 at 3 PM.
Optional Thai massages with Ophélie.
Maximum 10 participants.
