About the recipe

Fruit meals are the simplest and quickest to prepare. They represent between 50 and 75% of meals (depending on whether one eats 2 or 4 meals a day) for a raw vegan who eats physiologically. Recipes for fatty CRUsine or with mixtures are not representative of the basic diet of a frugivore, which is human, and should, for this reason, be minority.

Ingredients for one person

Between 1 and 3 kilos of fruit with a maximum of 3 different fruits.

Preparation

You may want to have a sharp knife and a spoon. And it’s already ready to be enjoyed!

Tips

  • Relearn the pleasure of simple things by not mixing your fruits. If they are ripe and of good quality, they are perfect as they are!
  • Eat them in a squatting position to aid digestion and familiarize yourself with this natural posture that is most beneficial for the body.
  • Wait 20 minutes between each variety of fruit to optimize digestion.
  • Dishes are always better after a moment of gratitude! 😉
