June 12, 2024 - Provence
After the heavy rains of the previous weeks, I was finally able to enjoy the benefits of van life which, when the weather is nice, feels like a vacation. I have now found my bearings and feel at home in my vehicle. Waking at dawn, I start my days with a bath in a river or body of water. This ritual is important to me, so I park as often as possible near this liquid element to feel good, refresh myself, and wash. I then dedicate the first two hours of my day to practices that do me a lot of good: conscious breathing, movement, and meditation. I am then ready to work on my computer non-stop until early afternoon. A sacred time dedicated to writing articles and advancing new projects (notably a book), giving consultations, and, more generally, managing my professional activity. Then, for the rest of the day, I explore the surroundings on foot, do sports, yoga, learn to play the ukulele, and read extensively on all the topics that excite me.
I alternate several solitary days of this type that fulfill me with visits to friends, professional meetings, festivals, workshops, etc., which are opportunities to weave nourishing human connections, share my passions, and offer individual consultations (Thai massages, energy healing, disarmament, Kambo, etc.).
It is at this ideal rhythm for me that, following the Fasting and Trekking in Morvan, I traveled along the southern shore of Lake Geneva to lead a Kambo session before visiting Alexis Golliard with whom I am setting up a new concept called: Fasting and Nonviolent Communication. I then headed to Ardèche in the small town of Le Teil where a screening of L’Empreinte followed by a conference was organized. I stayed a few days on site in the beautiful home of Marlène Letrouillas, the proofreader of L’Empreinte, before leading a session of Ecstatic Breathwork in Lyon.
I then returned to the south of Aveyron to participate in the Mantra Joie festival where I spent three days singing in a gentle and timeless atmosphere with Claude Brame and other talented artists I discovered. Then, after a few days spent by the beautiful Salagou lake, not far from the festival, I headed to Sisteron to participate in an interesting workshop on synchronicities organized by Philippe Guillemant.
The program for the year looks as rich as these past two months, so I created this agenda page where you can find all my workshops & events.
See you in a month dear reader, unless we meet before then!
