About the recipe
An ideal recipe to stay warm in winter with raw food.
Ingredients for one person
- Nettle (fresh or powdered) OR pumpkin with skin
- 1/2 avocado
- A small bunch of coriander
- A handful of wakame (seaweed) flakes
- Boiling water
- Optional: a pinch of chili
Preparation
Place the nettle or pumpkin (cut into small pieces), avocado & chili in a blender. Add boiling water with an adequate volume to achieve a creamy consistency while blending everything together.
Pour the obtained mixture into a bowl and add the seaweed and coriander after finely chopping it. Mix everything together and it’s ready to be enjoyed!
Tips
- Coriander can be replaced by parsley or any other herb.
- Chili can be replaced by garlic.
- Nettle and pumpkin can be mixed.
- Wakame can be replaced by any other seaweed you like.
