Day 79 - In the Vercors
After the enchanted New Year’s Eve with Claude Brame & Kelly Aura, and a visit near Avignon to Irène Grosjean, I was invited to Aurélie & Eric Viard of Biovie. We briefly met for the first time in 2020 at an Irène workshop, and fleetingly in 2023 for the 3rd edition of the Living Festival. However, we had never taken the time to discuss the topics that unite us as well as our life paths that present similarities. Besides the gratitude I have for their professional and friendly support over the past years, I was eager to spend some time with them to draw inspiration from their family and business model.
On this occasion, an afternoon of “meetings” with a potluck meal was organized in their living room, and in the following days, between self-defense classes & Solaris meetings, we recorded several videos on Living Nutrition, hormesis, and the art of managing detoxes (Translation note: this video is currently in French, but you can activate YouTube’s auto-generated subtitles in English while we work on providing a dedicated English version.). After this rich and informative week of meetings, I spent a few days alone in Saintes-Marie-La-Mer on the beach where I wrote an article on cold sensitivity, before joining my friend Hervé with whom I spent two weeks in Morocco.
As it was my first time in Africa, the first week was dedicated to understanding this country and visiting Les Jardins de la Santé, an oasis in the middle of the desert, a center dedicated to Living Nutrition located 60 km from Marrakech.
Then, the participants of Fasting and Trekking joined us, and from February 5 to 9, accompanied by a guide and two camel drivers, we were 10 explorers of life walking 88 km while fasting in the Moroccan desert. Between sand and stones, our walk was naturally marked by dawn & sunrise as well as the limited shade of a few trees.

A simple yet powerful experience where we, among other things, reconnect with the magic of the starry sky reminding us of our essence, and with the campfire reminding us of our humanity. Every evening, when the cold of the night seized us, we gathered around the flames to talk and sing. ![]()

Just a few days that felt like a month… Thank you life for this rich and intense new experience… and thanks to all the members of our group of explorers for their trust.
An experience to be renewed next year, in the Moroccan Atlas this time, in partnership with Aloé d’Agafay. I will tell you more in the spring once I have scouted the locations because I will be the guide!
Stay tuned for the next episode!….
