REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

INGREDIENTS FOR ONE WRAP

  • 150 g sweet potato
  • 150 g mushrooms (your choice)
  • 15 g psyllium
  • Optional: spices or fresh herbs

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend without adding water.

Spread the mixture onto baking paper or a similar non-stick surface. Distribute evenly using a spatula, or cover the mixture with plastic wrap and flatten it with a rolling pin.

Dehydrate for 10 hours at 42°C (107°F).

If needed, slightly rehydrate before eating.

Tips

  • It is best not to fully dehydrate the wraps so they remain soft and flexible.
  • You can fill the wraps with anything you like, such as a vegetable fruicassée or a salad open me.
  • Meals are always better after a moment of gratitude 😉
