An ideal recipe for any season to add substance and an exotic touch to raw vegetables.
Ingredients for one person
- Half a mature coconut (brown shell)
- 3 varieties of sweet fruits or vegetables
- Aromatic herbs
- Optional: two teaspoons of spirulina flakes or powdered barley grass juice.
Preparation
In a large bowl, grate the coconut and then add the chosen vegetables and sweet fruits after cutting them into small pieces or grating them. Add the finely chopped aromatic herbs and mix everything together. Just sprinkle the preparation with spirulina or barley grass and it’s ready to be enjoyed!
Tips
- Food is always better after a moment of gratitude! 😉
- You can add (before sprinkling) a bit of sea water if it’s not salty enough for your taste.
